We advise you to carefully read this full version of our Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and all agreements with our private customers via this website. Dutch law applies to these conditions. We offer you the following summary as a service. No rights can be derived from it.
How can you reach us?
The easiest way to reach us is via the contact form (link at the bottom of each page) or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can be reached by telephone on working days via 026-4452870. You can also find us on Facebook and on Twitter. You can order our products through our webshop, or in the store, in our case the market stall (De Peperwinkel).
All products offered on the website are in stock unless otherwise stated. Every offer applies 'if available'. All products are provided with a full description as complete as possible and with truthful images, so that you can make the right choice. If an offer only applies temporarily - such as a discount - we will explicitly mention this in the offer.
Payments are made through the secure portal of Pay.nl, a Dutch payment institution under the supervision of De Nederlandse Bank. Certainty above all you get with the Pay.nl guarantee fund that was created to protect you when a webshop - in this case - we unexpectedly cannot deliver and cannot meet its obligations to refund.
The (purchase) agreement
With every purchase we, you as the buyer, we as the seller, enter into an agreement. You confirm this by agreeing to our offer (shopping cart) and the General Terms and Conditions. This completes the purchase and has become irrevocable, on the understanding that you can invoke the legal right of withdrawal (see below).
We are responsible for the shipment until you have received and accepted the shipment. If your shipment does not arrive or if there is a serious delay, please contact us directly and do not contact the carrier. We keep a close eye on the shipping process ourself via the track and trace.
Because spices are excluded from withdrawal (see below), it is important that you refuse a shipment if you suspect that the contents of the shipment may be damaged, if the package is visibly damaged. If in doubt, always take a photo of the package before you open the package and contact us immediately if there is anything wrong with the shipment despite all care.
Revocation is another word for reflection time. Legal rules apply for this. You must invoke this right within 14 days after receiving your product (s). A statement of reason is not required. Perishable goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal, i.e. all herbs and spices, the same applies to used products. Read the conditions for relying on the right of withdrawal carefully! You will also find these in the foot on all web pages.

If you have any comments or remarks about our products, our website or our service, please let us know! The sooner you share your complaint with us, the better. Where possible, we respond the same (working) day.
