We sell one single product line with chili pepper, entirely based on the Piment d'Espelette, the popular name for the Capsicum annuum var Gorria, namrd after trhe Espelette region where it grows. OurPiment d'Espelette has been produced since 1998 by Laurent and Laurence Bessouat, on their four-hectare farm in Aïnhoa. They process the manually harvested peppers into a tasty gelée, in line with the culinary tradition of the French Basque Country.
